We leverage this information to support your growth, address existing challenges and refine your strategic plans.
SUSTAIN
Our SUSTAIN phase follows the OPTIMIZE phase, providing you with an ongoing monthly dashboard that reveals areas of concern to address and key wins to continue. We combine these dashboards with monthly discussions to develop solutions to your company’s challenges.
MENTOR
Our MENTOR phase follows the OPTIMIZE phase and includes the services of the SUSTAIN phase. In addition, we provide thorough strategic planning, growth plans and ongoing strategic business advising.
Hillcrest Consulting was founded by Laurie Fernandes. Laurie worked for 15 years in management consulting with Booz & Co. (now Strategy& of PwC), advising Fortune 500 companies on organizational strategies, mergers and acquisitions, new market growth, cost reductions, and company alignments. She completed her MBA at the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. Prior to her MBA, Laurie worked in microfinance in Indonesia and spent time studying in Kenya and Paraguay.
